Heavy loads

The Harbours of Toulon have the capacity to accommodate all types of heavy goods at its conventional freight and heavy-goods terminals. The Heavy-goods terminal has a capacity of 40t/m² and is totally devoted to handling these goods. Access to the terminal can be closed to carry out lengthy operations in complete security and privacy.

Les Ports Rade de Toulon ont la capacité d'accueillir tous types de colis lourds sur ses terminaux fret conventionnel et quai lourd. Le Terminal Quai lourd d’une capacité de 40T/m² est entièrement dédié à ces trafics et opérations industrielles. Il est possible de fermer son accès pour effectuer des opérations longues, en toute sécurité et confidentialité.

New vehicles

The Brégaillon freight terminal has numerous storage open areas, offers rapid, direct access to new and second-hand car markets in Europe’s Mediterranean region and offers bespoke industrial solutions. It is connected to the road and rail networks, including in particular a railway line at the quayside.

Le Terminal Fret de Brégaillon dispose de multiples terre-pleins de stockage, offre un accès rapide et direct aux marchés automobiles neufs et d'occasions euro-méditerranéens et propose de solutions industrielles sur mesure. Il est connecté aux réseaux routiers et ferroviaires, avec notamment une voie ferrée en bord à quai.

With its modular marine infrastructure making it possible to accommodate LoLo and RoRo vessels, the freight terminals at the Harbours of Toulon demonstrate their ability to adapt and manage the flow of trailers and heavy goods vehicles.

Goods on barges

The Harbours of Toulon have two heavy-goods and conventional freight terminals for handling outsized goods using sea or sea-river barges.

Maritime connexions

Southern entry point to the Mediterranean, offering fast, direct access to Europe’s Mediterranean markets and also the fastest way to join the North-South route, the Brégaillon Freight Terminal is directly connected to road, rail and sea-river networks. Located to the west at the entrance to the harbour, in line with the prevailing winds, this terminal guarantees reliability, nautical support facilities and operational speed.

Point d'entrée sud en méditerranée offrant un accès rapide et direct aux marchés euro-méditerranéens et également le plus rapide pour rejoindre l’axe Nord-Sud, le Terminal Fret de Brégaillon est directement connecté aux réseaux routiers, ferroviaires et fluvio-maritimes. Situé à l’Ouest à l’entrée de la rade, dans l’axe des vents dominants, le terminal garantit fiabilité, facilité nautique et rapidité opérationnelle.

Rail connections

Benefiting from a refurbished railway line, the  Brégaillon Freight Terminal plans its goods flows going from North to South, efficiently links up Lyon, Paris and northern Europe, while remaining a major player in terms of sustainable development thanks to its modal shift.

Road connections

The Freight terminal at Brégaillon offers rapid, direct road access to Europe's Mediterranean markets, benefits from being in immediate proximity to the North/South main road in the Rhône corridor, having immediate road access and being close to the major cities and logistical areas (Signes, Parc des Bréguières) on the Mediterranean coast: Marseille/Aix-en-Provence and Nice.

Connexions Routières

Le Terminal fret de Brégaillon offre un accès routier rapide et direct aux marchés euro-méditerranéens, bénéficie d'une proximité immédiate de l’axe routier Nord/Sud du couloir Rhodanien, d'un accès autoroutier immédiat et d'une proximité aux grandes métropoles et aux zones logistiques (Signes, Parc des Bréguières) de la côte méditerranéenne : Marseille/Aix-en-Provence et Nice.

Sea-River connections

Connected to the sea-river section of the Mediterranean Rhône Saône zone, the multimodal freight terminal at Brégaillon has the capacity to handle goods transported by barge.
